Joshua was hired in 2007, and is the Tech Support Center Lead of AP Course Audit. He has expertise in resolving complex client issues after multiple years in Inflexion’s client support center, seven years in Hewlett Packard’s call center, and other experiences in retail and security.
Kelli first joined the Inflexion team in 2011, temporarily working as research support for the NAGB Job Training Program Curriculum Study project.
Randall joined the AP Course Audit team as a Technical Support Representative. Originally from Los Angeles, Randall moved to Portland in 2014 where he worked as a marketing specialist for a small company.
Dr. Matt Coleman is the CEO of Inflexion – a nonprofit consulting group that strives to help educators better equip students for success. His focus on school systems change has produced demonstrable results, is rooted in organizational theory and informed by Matt’s extensive experience working at every level of the secondary education system, as a teacher, principal, and district-level administrator.
Ryan has been one of Inflexion’s system administrators since 2015.
