Project Manager

Since joining Inflexion in 2010, Rachel has worked extensively on projects and programs connected to Inflexion’s goal of helping prepare students to become lifelong learners and to successfully navigate the transition from high school into college and career. Currently, Rachel serves as program manager of Portico, Inflexion’s virtual professional development community for school administrators, and leads the implementation of hiring, training, and onboarding processes for the executive coaching team. Previously, Rachel has served as a project manager for large-scale research grants for state departments of education and organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and The International Baccalaureate.

Prior to working at Inflexion, Rachel worked in university admissions and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
