Director of Partnerships
Elise is excited to join the Inflexion team as our new Director of Partnership Development. Before joining Inflexion, Elise spent 7 years as a high school English teacher in Orange County, California. In addition to her work in the classroom, she focused on her passion for equity work, including serving on her district’s DEI team and helping to build an inaugural Ethnic Studies program in her district through her partnership with the Orange County Department of Education. She also served as a site relationships and communication liaison for her district, focusing on solutions based problem solving rooted in equity at both her school site and district. She earned her MA in Education from Pepperdine University.
