Jessica joined EPIC in 2015 as a Research Associate on the Research and Evaluation team. Prior to joining EPIC, Jessica worked as a graduate assistant for the Center for Assessment and Research Studies at James Madison University, where her duties included consultation with general education, academic programs, and student affairs programs on all aspects of the assessment cycle; rating and providing feedback to academic programs on their assessment processes; coordination, implementation, and data management for the university-wide assessment day; and training of new graduate assistants. She also worked in program evaluation for five years at Edvantia Inc. and McREL International, where she was responsible for the development of research and evaluation plans and protocol; project task coordination; instrument development; qualitative and quantitative data collection, management, and analysis; and formative and summative report writing. Jessica holds an AS degree in Business Administration and a BA in Psychology from the University of Charleston; an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Appalachian State University; and a PhD in Assessment and Measurement in Psychology from James Madison University.
